Content Creation

  • Assistance with writing your job description(s) for posting on job boards and your website (1 re-write per month of contract)
  • 3 social media posts/month targeted to prior service members for you to share to your networks
  • Podcast interview about your company, your desire to hire prior service members and the position(s) you are hiring for
  • Email blast for you to share to your network including a link 
  • Post to our website

  • All applications forwarded to you for screening

Network Activation

Put our network to work for you. We have built a social media following geared towards prior service members. We use that network to spread the word about your available position. In addition to the items above, this package includes:

  • Writing a monthly blog post about your company, your desire to hire veterans, and the position you are hiring for. 
    • You'll receive a social media post image each month with a link to share and can cross-post to your company's blog and LinkedIn profiles
    • We'll post on our company's blog, LinkedIn profile, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter sites monthly
  • Social media live interviews - we will conduct an interview with you live on one social media platform to spread the word about your company and position(s) you are hiring for
  • Career Chat TV interview on RVNTV.TV - Subject to scheduling availability, you will be interviewed in person or via Skype regarding your organization and what it takes for candidates to be successful in the application process
  • Email blast to our network - we will include your position in our regular email blast to our networks to search for candidates. Minimum of 1 per month
  • Posting of your job to multiple free job boards through our software
  • As above, all applicants will be forwarded to you for screening

  • Contact passive candidates to share your role and sell them on your company
  • Screen interested candidates for both skills match and purpose match
  • Send only the most qualified candidates to you for consideration and interviewing

While we send only the most qualified candidates to you, for your future reference, all applicants can be provided to you upon request, with their permission.
