Jean South, President / CEO
Jean's purpose is to prevent hardship (which causes growth) from becoming destructive by making powerful connections that change the lives of everyone involved. She does that as the CEO of Hire Served, a nationwide prior service recruiting firm connecting employers with amazing prior service talent. Jean is a Marine Spouse, the daughter of two Army Veterans, and a former FBI Special Agent. As an FBI Agent she focused on Russian Organized Crime. She transitioned out of Government service in 2014 and joined McChrystal Group, founded by General Stan McChrystal, where she was a consultant and recruiter.
In her "spare" time, she is a Board member with Semper Fido, a non-profit which pairs veterans with PTSD and TBI with service dogs, and a volunteer with The Weekly Fight, an organization dedicated to bringing attention to the high rate of suicides in the veteran community.

Tim Falletti, Director of Talent Acquisition
Tim is a US Army Veteran (11B Infantryman) with over 10 years in the recruitment industry. Our subject matter expert in all things recruiting, Tim oversees the talent acquisition team and keeps us laughing along the way. Before coming to Hire Served, Tim was the Regional Director for Wounded Warrior Project's Warriors to Work team and believes in empowering the veteran community in their military/civilian transition. From Chicago, Tim is a life-long Cubs fan and will be marrying his love, Jess, this September.
Briana Meade, Recruiter
Briana's purpose is empowering people to recognize their value to gain meaningful and life-altering opportunities in employment. She is a recruiter and career coach with over 6 years helping professionals secure employment, along with several years working in the veteran nonprofit space.
Briana's mother was an Air force veteran kid, which sparked her mom's desire to travel the world. Briana grew up overseas in Thailand as the daughter of parents working with a non-governmental organization serving refugees. She had many friends at the U.S. consulate (not just because they had the best American junk food - like Twizzlers) and understands the unique situations inhabited by government and military families that live in that in-between space of different cultures and countries.
Joshua Holloman, Military Liaison
Joshua Holloman is an Airmen whose peers sing his praises for creating engaging training programs and executing those programs efficiently and effectively on base. He's been deployed to the middle east on multiple occasions and is looking forward to his transition, when he'll settle down with his wife (also serving in the Air Force) and work out three hours a day. Josh works with transitioning veterans to understand what kind of work will bring them fulfillment and then to help them make vital connections to prospective employers, building advocates along the way. Sara Carey, Social Media Manger
Sara is a Marine wife who was born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas. Sara & her hubby currently reside on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. Sara is passionate about creating social media strategy and content for brands that have veterans' best interests at heart. Her work at Hire Served ensures candidates hear about job opportunities available through Hire Served and that companies looking to hire military talent know where to look.
Sara attended Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) to study International Business, also obtaining a minor in Spanish. While there, she competed on the NCAA Division I women’s golf team and was twice named an Academic All-American Athlete. She interned at The Daily Signal news organization in Washington, D.C. as a reporter and later was recruited to work on the communications team for one of the 2016 national presidential campaigns.

Jennifer McCart, Chief of Staff
Jenn is a Navy wife who has transitioned many times in the course of her career as her husband's career has led them around the globe. Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge about the military, the life of the military spouse, and excellent organizational skills to our team. Her first act of business when joining the team was taking over Jean's calendar and color coding meetings. Most importantly, Jenn allows the team to focus on taking care of their clients and connecting employers to military talent.
